Direct Microlaryngoscopy

Direct Microlaryngoscopy surgery removes cysts, polyp, and nodules from the vocal cords that can be responsible for a change in voice quality and problems with swallowing or coughing. The procedure is performed through the mouth utilizing an operating microscope to visualize the lesions. Removal is obtained with extended instruments or lasers.
